I’ve been loving all the new fall clothes that are here this season and I’ve been drawn to watching try on’s over the last few months. It is so fun to see how people styling items and how an item fits, so I figured why wouldn’t I do a few try ons? Today I am sharing my Old Navy Try on Haul for all the fall 2019 items I found.

Black Tee Shirt Dress

First up is this black tee shirt dress that is so versatile. I will be sharing 2 different ways to style this dress on my stories tomorrow (@everyday_ellis), but also stay tuned on my Instagram feed for a style guide featuring this black dress with even more ways to style it.

The first way to style this dress is by simply tying a plaid button up around your waist. This helps to add color and dimension to the outfit in a really simple way. I love my red and black plaid button up for fall and I think everyone needs one.

The second way is to add a denim jacket to keep you warm and still add some color. This is my favorite denim jacket I’ve ever owned and I can’t recommend it enough.

What was your favorite styling? Or how would you wear this dress?

Burgundy Overalls

It’s no secret I LOVE overalls. So when I found these overalls from Old Navy I knew I needed them. They are similar to a Free People pair I almost bought last year, but the price is MUCH better. I styled them with a white shirt, but you could also do a sweater underneath (I’ll link a good layering sweater below), or switch up the color. Also adding a plaid shirt around this would be adorable. I have a whole post with tips on styling overalls that you can read here.

Yellow Raincoat

I’ve always wanted a yellow raincoat, so when I found this one, I was so excited. I love the drawstrings to help tighten to be more form fitting. The hood fits really well too.

Blush Peacoat

I have been looking for a good colored peacoat for this year, and I love the color of this one. I love pink, and the blush is going to be a really versatile color without being overwhelming. This would be cute with jeans and heels or a Sunday dress for church. They also have other colors available if blush pink isn’t your thing.
