We started off May by throwing a birthday party for Kyle. All he wanted for his birthday was to have Chick-Fil-A cater a party, so that’s what we did! We then played games, hung out, and ate lots and lots of food.
The rest of May was busy with work! Kyle quit his job at KPMG and started working at The Void. It’s a virtual reality company that we found last year when we tried it out on one of our Disney trips. It really was one of the coolest experiences ever and I highly recommend you try it out.
Work was also busy for me as I tried to plan and prepare for my 4 music recitals and get registration up for my summer music classes. It still blows my mind that I run a music studio and that I am able to do what I do. If you are ever interested in music lessons for you or your kid, check out my website here.
The best part of May though was definitely heading off to Florida for our family Walt Disney World trip. Each year Kyle and I go to Disney World and this year we had my family join us because my family hadn’t been in over 15 years! It was really fun to show them around and experience all the new rides and attractions with them.
And honestly that was about it for the month of May. I look back and am so happy that May is over because it was insane for me, but I’m also realizing that I didn’t have as much to say as I thought I would. I guess it was mainly being busy with work and job changes! Don’t forget to scroll through the list of what I bought or wore this month down below!
