Looking back on June I am so sad to report that I hardly took any photos. I love trying to take a lot of photos for memory sake, so hopefully I do better in July.
I took a day for myself and went shopping for a day. As weird as it sounds, it was one of my favorite days during June. We also went to see the play Matilda at Hale Center Theatre. We saw the musical in New York a few years back and it quickly became one of our top favorites.
I started my summer music classes and had my first camp happen too. The camp was a lot of fun and every year I’m just blown away by the amount of people who support me by signing up for one of my classes. I really do have the best job ever.
Looking back on the photos I do have, I realized that I did a lot of blog work this month, which made me happy. There are a lot of things I’ve been wanting to do with my blog, but I’ve felt overwhelmed with a lot of it. This month I made a few goals of things I wanted to do, and I was excited that I did a few of them. I wanted to do at least 2 tutorials on my IG stories and an in store try on and I did all of that! I also started doing more creative photos on my Instagram, which has been a lot of fun. I wrote a post about how I’ve been feeling about Instagram lately and where The Happy Life Challenge has been, and you can read that here.

Kyle and I went and saw Toy Story 4 (of course). We always see the Disney movies in theater, and this one was on the top of our list. We also had a fun night of Raclette with Kyle’s parents. It is a dish that he ate while on his mission in Switzerland! You melt really yummy cheese and then poor it over meats, potatoes, and vegetables that cook on this special skillet. It is seriously so delicious!

Looking back we had a pretty boring month! hahah But honestly it didn’t feel that one way bit. Kyle has been loving his job and it has made all the difference in our life. I love seeing him soooo happy. It really goes to show that the everyday life makes up the best parts of life.
